I am searching for any news of CHARLES ADAN, born in Aberdeen, Scotland, in 1901.
Emigrated to Canada in 1922 with the Hudson Bay Company. Became a Captain in the Canadian Army, stationed in France during WW2, and he returned there after the war. He was last heard of in France in 1950s possibly around the Paris area. His children assume he is no longer alive, but would like to know when he died and where he is buried.
Any suggestions would be most appreciated. Many thanks!

Thank you for your response. However, we are fairly confident that he remained in France and did not return to Canada. We know that his Army pension was last paid to him in France, and eventually he just stopped collecting his pension.
